Where is the regular return form???

Question

Where is the regular return form? I don't want to be interrogated by AI to return an item for fit at my own expense!!!

jacbarcollectibles · Accepted Answer

Fit issues are considered to be buyers remorse by eBay. So a sellers return policy will be followed. What is the sellers return policy?

Did the seller send you the size that was indicated in the listing? The only time you can return an item for this issue is if the seller send you an item that was not the size you purchased. In other words if you purchased a size large and the item you received is labeled as a large then it is considered as buyers remorse. If you purchased a size large and you received an item labeled as a medium then it would be an "Item not as described" and you could return it for free.

You were given the link to ebay's information about returning an item. You don't agree with ebay? Clicking that blue button in the link doesn't work for you?

AS OF TODAY~ October 1, 2026, there is no regular return form, only an AI interrogation. I have opted out of AI using my data and do not want to participate in this. I want to use the standard return form that was available until today. I have 4615 feedbacks for both buying and selling, so do not respond with comments that treat me like a person who just started on eBay, please.
