Where is the link to See Request Details?

Hi,

I'm trying to return an item. The Help files say See Return Details should be under More Actions, but it isn't. Seller won't respond to my message and I can't find a link to contact eBay for help.

I click on Return Item and it takes me to the Return Request page. I chose Item Defective and there's a link to Add Files. It says Files are required for this return, but it doesn't say what files. And the link to continue isn't active so I'm stuck. Please help.

Include photos of the item being returned. If there are any undisclosed defects, take pictures showing the issue and attach them with the return.
