Hi,I bought a faulty kettle and the seller agreed to refund me and agreed they had received the returned kettle. But they never refunded me. They are not responding to my requests and so I want to ask ebay to step in for me, according to ebay's pages on this. But I can't find the link to do this! Nor a way through customer services.How else can I contact ebay please?
