Where is item i purchased

I purchased an item from a seller but never received it. Apparently she/ he mailed without tracking number on 06/03. I can't seem to contact seller.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
