Where is $50 coupon for listing and selling

Received an ebay offer for a $50 off coupon with $125 purchase for starting a new listing and completing the sale for over $10 by 8/16/26. Completed 2 sales but have not received coupon yet (8/31/26). Apparently others have had similar issues. Any insights? Ebay ai help will not recognize the issue and actually speaking with an agent seems impossible.

@sveb123 You need to look at the offer email. It should describe when the reward is issued. Sometimes it is at the end of the promotional period, sometimes x days after the sale.
