Where does an offer come from
Hello. Is it true that eBay picks the people who receive discounted offers on product u have looked at or have on your watch list
seller stated they have no control of that portion of selling bought an item at offer price and was charged the listed one

Mentor2 years agoeBay only tells the seller that the seller has the opportunity to make an offer; the seller does not know who is receiving the offer or why.
If you follow the offer link to complete the purchase, you should see the offer price reflected on the checkout page. If you use the Buy-it-Now link in the listing, you will be charged the full price rather than the offer price.
