Where do you buy a returns label for buyer?
In. your messages for an accepted (by all parties) return, I am told that "See the return details to buy a label from eBay at a discounted rate." But I can't see it on that page, I would appreciate some help 🙂 TIA

When you are viewing the open return request, you should see the option to have eBay send a label to the buyer. This is assuming you are responsible for the return shipping. If the buyer is responsible, eBay will offer the label directly to the buyer with a note that it will be deducted from their refund.
What was the reason for return? That is what determines who pays the return shipping, unless you offer free returns.
