Where do I submit a small claims judgment for payment by ebay?
I'll likely start with the registered agent w/Secretary of State in my state, but they ignored the Summons that I had served to the registered agent, so I'm not sure why anything would be different now that the judgment has been entered. If anyone has a good contact/idea of who to deliver the small claims judgment to in order to see reimbursement for the judgment monies that are owed to me, I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks for any advice you can offer!
