Where do I look to see if I received a refund on my cancelled USPS shipping label?
I requested a refund for a USPS shipping label I created on 8/29/25. I did this because buyer made another purchase after I'd already packed up her 1st item, and I wanted to combine shipping for her. I have looked everywhere on seller hub and cannot find where I received the refund yet. Can someone point me in the right direction so I can see if I actually received my refund??

eBay isn't providing the refund. USPS is refunding you directly ... and it usually takes 2-4 weeks to see it back in your payment source.

OP11 months agoI understand this. But in my checking account, refunded eBay shipping labels show up as a refund from eBay. I have not received the refund, and I requested the cancellation on 8/29/25. I contacted USPS, and was told, word for word, "if you generated your label via a third party, such as eBay, then you will need to contact said third party for your refund inquiry". I guess I'm going to have to call eBay customer service.
