Where do I find the QR code?
I made a sale. The seller paid for shipping. I got an email with a link that says, "get a shipping label or QR code." But when I click it there is no QR code. I took it to the post office and the guy said the label was invalid. What do I do? I really want to know where the QR code is so I don't have to pay for shipping. Thank you for your help.

Mentor2 years agoI only use a desktop computer for ebay, so not sure if this will help or not. I have read on these boards that sellers receive a QR code via email, so what I suggest is to go to Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the order. Click to Purchase shipping label. Confirm the method of shipping, weight of the package, dimensions of the package. Scroll down to SHIPPING LABEL FORMAT and select QR CODE and then click Purchase Shipping Label.
I believe the QR code is then sent to your email, which you can then access on your mobile device to show to the clerk at the post office, so s/he can then print out the label.
