Was this requested in an eBay message? If you look at who sent it you will see that it's a scam attempt and not eBay contacting you. It's a SCAM.
eBay will never ask you to paste anything into a browser.
If the message was really from eBay then it would have the eBay logo and be in your eBay messages folder.
Return to the message and click on the 3 dots on the upper right to report it.
