Where do I find how much selling cost I owe?

Please Help?!?I was due a payout today and it says with a red banner that payout is on hold due to unpaid selling cost. I cannot find anywhere on how much I owe on selling cost. I’ve updated a card but it’s still on there. Can anyone tell me how to find out how much the selling cost that I owe is?

@musicman-19834111 There should be a notice at the top of your summary page.

You do need to add a back up payment method for selling costs in account settings>

Select ADD then manage under the payment method. I recommend a credit card so refunds and selling costs do not come out of your checking account.

Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)

Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
