Where did my negative feedback go?
I bought 2 items from a seller in China, I am in the US. The items say 'delivered' I never got them. I contacted the seller about it, and never got any response. I contacted Ebay and they said since tracking showed them delivered they won't do anything. The seller had a 0 feedback score when I placed my order, I just thought they were a new seller. I have ordered items from China before and had good luck. I have over 500 feedback score over the years, not sure I have ever left negative feedback for anyone. By the time this all happened the seller had about 25 reviews , 40% rating. I read a review that someone said they are mailed to a wrong address in the same zip code somehow and it is a type of scam, I don't know how that all works, but I believe that happened to me. Why is this seller still active with all these negative feedbacks and problems? I left 2 negative feedbacks (one for each item I paid for) and they disappeared into thin air. I dont' see them posted anywhere. Does feedback get posted right away, and why doesn't mine show up? I never did get my money back!

You can avoid many fake tracking issues by choosing to only do business with experienced sellers that have a proven track record of delivering similar items as seen by examining the seller's feedback page, and by avoiding inexperienced sellers, sellers with patterns of negative feedback indicating serious problems, or sellers with large gaps in the selling history or recent drastic changes of seller behavior.
