Where are the printing settings for 4 x 6 lables????
Why is it so difficult for me to find print settings for 4 x 6 labels. Every thread I have read about settings is different because it looks like eBay changes them all the time. I am new, I have a thermal printer and yet I cant use it because when I purchase the shipping label it automatically pops up on an 8 x 11 sheet and is sideways. I am never given the opportunity to select the page size and when I go to reprint the label, it still gives me no options. This is the most difficult and stupid issue I have ever had to deal with.

Mentor2 years agoIf the original label was set to half sheet, you can not change it to reprint 4x6. However, on your next label look towards the lower right of the create label page where the current label format is shown and click on change.
If still a problem come back with OS, browser, and printer model you are using.
