Where are my seller return options
I sold a turntable that arrived damaged. I authorized a return and refund, but eBay told the buyer to keep the turntable. WhY

OP2 years agoWhat I found was that there are settings in the Selling tab that you can control. You can determine at what value you want an item returned before issuing a refund, or just let them keep the item and issue the refund right away.

If the buyer has been refunded, they are not obligated to return the item.
