Possibly a temporary "short month" issue, with items scheduled to relist on the 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st all relisting today.

Apparently this happens from time to time -- to a much milder extend on the last day of a thirty day month or during a leap year, but February 28 of non-leap years have the highest relisting volume.
