Where’s the link to add additional Feedback?
Seller left untrue comment. I need to refute it but I can’t find the link to take me back to my feedback left. This was after a mandatory update just 7/17/24!

·2 years agoGo to your own Feedback Profile (on a www.ebay.com page hover your mouse over the "Hi [your firstname]" at top left of the page and click on your Feedback Score in parentheses behind your ID; other links on the www pages don't work so easily and you have to go through other screens clicking and scrolling before you actually get to the real Feedback Profile page; here on the community.ebay.com pages clicking anyone's Feedback Score still works right so you can click on the one in the header of your post). There should be a list of "Purchases awaiting feedback" at the top (if you have any that you can still leave one for) and under the "When" column of the feedback received tabs are links to "Reply" to the feedback you received and on the "Left for others" tab are links to "Follow up" the feedback you left.

I don't think adding a reply/follow up would help.

Mentor2 years agoYour feedback left for others is not good. Many sellers will see your feedback and block you because you look like a hard to please buyer. You can't take back a seller's response.
