When you know your buyer is a scammer wasting your time...

Hi chat,I have a "buyer" who is clearly a scammer, and is in the process of wasting my time. I tried hitting up eBay Support to confirm next steps, but there is no help there apparently. All roads lead here for support. Do you all have the right steps on handling a buyer who is not a real person, actually trying to buy your item, instead they are trying to work you into a scam to get you to pay outside of eBay? thanks,

Go to My eBay > Summary > Account > Selling Preferences, and add the buyer to your blocked buyer list. You can also block messages from them at the same time.
