When you accept a return, you can reduce the return amount by up to 50%?
If an item is returned in different condition, supposedly there is an option to reduce he amount of return, due to open package, etc. Does that include shipping, entire amount or just item amount? What if outright fraud, such as return of a box of rocks instead of your iphone that you sent out and an INAD was claimed?

Mentor1 month agoAs I recall, that option is only available if the seller is top rated with 1 day handling and free returns, or is an above standard seller with 30 day return policy (not sure if 1 day handling is required). I believe the amount is based on the item price, not shipping.
