When will you refund a cancelled shipping label????

Question

I tried your chat bot. Really needs a lot of work!

I am trying to put in a claim for a CANCELLED SHIPPING LABEL THAT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED. See attached screenshot of label cancellation request.

And NO: it was not scanned by anyone.

Please have a human reply with more information and if you need help training your AI chat bot LMK - I do that kind of work.

Thanks - that's a long time. I am inquiring on behalf of my buyer and hopefully the label (which was cancelled almost as it was created) will be refunded soon.

That chat bot needs a TON of work! ðŸ™‚

Once cancelled the shipping carrier must see that the label was not used. This takes 21 days and eBay will notify you once the carrier allows the refund. It will be available as a payout once available.
