When will the payment hold/ pending transaction go away and money returned on my debit card account
Originally was told it'd only take 24-48 hours to have these temporary holds/ pending transactions for an order I already paid for and have already received some of the items from. eBay did a double charge thing where I made my order it all went through but then they added two pending charges for almost the same amount and for the same items I already paid for and have even received some of the items already. It's been three days and the pending charges are still there. When will the holds go away and my money be returned to my debit card account? Quite frustrating.
