When will my Modern Family DVD come in
Hello.
I ordered a Modern Family DVD from you guys, but tomorrow it will be week since I ordered it
and still no mail and no arrival.
Rachel Mina my provider said that it will come on Monday the 26th, but Mom said it is and estimate.
Is January the 26th correct for Modern Family to come in the mail?
I had no mail for me since I ordered it last Thursday.
So, where is it?
Why hasn't my DVD come in the mail?
I know that Monday was MLKJR day and there was no mail because of the holiday.
We only got bills for Rachel Mina and that's it.
I ordered it with my bank card, and I used her email account.
Please mail my package tomorrow or later.
It's too late to get more mail now.

Mentor8 months agoSounds like you made the purchase outside of eBay. If you had purchased on eBay, you would see it in your purchase history and have a 30 day money back guarantee. Since you took the sale off eBay, you are not protected. Go to your funding source. Next time, ONLY purchase through eBay. I would also change your password because you have opened yourself up to fraudulent use of your card/PayPal by providing it through an email.

eBay doesn’t sell anything - your purchase is from your seller. eBay purchases always go through eBay checkout.
Go to your purchase history to see the estimated delivery date. If the item has shipped, there will be a tracking # that you can click on to see what the carrier estimates for delivery.
If you bought it outside of eBay, eBay cannot help you. If the item does not arrive, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received.
