When will I get refunded for a voided label
Hello,
I entered the details on a shipping label incorrectly, so I voided a label and went to update and reprint it. But I had already been charged for the original label, so I got charged twice. EBay sent me an email saying they got the request to cancel my label and USPS was processing it, and it should get credited to my account in 15 days. It is now past that time frame, and I havne't gotten any refund. Is there anything to do about this, or how do I know they will refund me? Or maybe it just takes longer than they say?
Thanks!

eBay recently changed the term from Voided to Cancel and that is done on this page you probably already know: Track and manage your shipments
-You have 28 days to Cancel a purchased label
-You can Reprint a purchased label up to 5 times
-You will be credited the label cost in 21 days or less after you cancel a label

USPS refunds come at around 21 days. And it always comes as long as the label wasn't scanned.
I never get a notice but the amount shows up in my eBay account like this:
This show the original label for $7.36, the 2nd label I used and the refund of $7.36
I searched my transactions using the order number.
