when will available form 1099 for income TAX?

I do not see my form on income tax for 2023 , it mention that need to make $20000 to receive income TAX for 2023. But another source saying that need only $600 to received this form.

If you are getting one you can see that on this page: Seller Hub | Taxes | eBay

The notation for 2023 will say "You donâ€™t have a Form 1099-K for this tax year." until they complete their processing. Then if you are getting one there will be a link to it.

The deadline for companies to send them to recipients is January 31, 2023.

If you receive a 1099K or not depends on your state as some states have lower limits than the federal limit of 20K AND 200 transactions for 2023.

However even if you don't get a 1099k you are still supposed to report your income and pay taxes on the PROFITS.

It was $600.00 but due the outcry the IRS backoff and delayed it until 2024 but at $5,000 leavel. It remains at $20,000 for tax year 2023
