when to complain that shipping wasn't prompt
6 days and shipper hasn't put item into shipment according to USPS, shipper says they did, who to believe. item is close to end of when it was supposed to arrive.

Mentor6 months agoGo to your Purchase history and see when the estimated date of delivery is. When it is at least 1 day late, you can file an Item Not Received case. The seller will have 3 days to respond or refund your full payment. If no response, on day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
