When the seller has already sold the item you paid for.
I bought a lathe on the 9th, today, the 12th, I find out the lathe had already been sold, and I have to initiate a return and jump through hoops to get my money back. I'm angry.

Mentor8 months agoHow did you find out it was already sold? Did the seller inform you? They need to issue you a refund.
If the seller does not cancel the transaction and issue the refund, you will need to file a Refund Request due to "Item Not Received".
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
