When the item received by the buyer doesn't match the listing
I purchased 6 of your pain-relief gel because the item description photo clearly indicates 2% menthol, but you sent 1.25% menthol instead, which does NOT help my pain.

Mentor1 year agoYou need to contact the seller about this. eBay is just a listing site and does not ship anything to a buyer. If the seller does not want to help you then you will need to open an "Item not as described" case in your purchase history.
