when seller ships to wrong address
purchased jbl speaker for 5th time (from various sellers) unsuccessfully..each time the seller either ships "untracked" or simply not at all..5 times,which begs the question; why does ebay continue to allow these unscrupulous sellers? & what are these sellers upto who do not complete transactions? besides wasting ppl time & energy.
However this most recent purchase began as "untracked" so i asked for tracking info with no response, days later it changes to "it's been delivered"..problem is it says it was delivered to a location not even in my state..so i report item not recieved & request refund...ebay says ; "seller says it's delivered,so look around"..what? where 500 niles away? it should be an easy solve to compare addresses...going on 2wks since payment & ebay wants us to wait 5 more days on an unresponsive seller before they'll "step in"...this has got us very discouraged & we won't be doing anymore business until this is resolved.
also, any time we've made sales the tracking info is automatic, once or twice we've entered it ourselves but to ship 'untracked" nowadays is already a red flag & havto wonder why ebay doesn't insist on tracking info for every deal.
