If you go to the Australian eBay site you can choose to search Australia only using the Item Location filter on the search results page:
https://www.ebay.com.au/
If you want to stay on ebay.com and search for items listed as shipping from Australia, there is a setting for choosing items located in or available to individual countries on the Advanced Search page:
https://www.ebay.com/sch/ebayadvsearch
