Mentor1 year ago@dougsbooks2 Are you relisting more than one item at a time?
If yes then I would relist the items then edit the shipping.
If you are NOT using business policies then you can use Bulk Edit to update your listings.
How to use bulk edit:
1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> shipping> edit and submit

Assign the listings a new or existing Free Shipping Policy.
