When looking for items on my ebay app, why does it stop way short of the amount of listings
When searching for items on my app, the listings stop way short of the amount of total listings, and the circle just spins on bottom when i know there's hundreds more listings it won't bring up. I've tried to uninstall app, and basically everything i can think of. Very frustrating!! As I know there's so many more I'm not seeing, because on my computer, it will show the entirety like normal. This started happening few months ago, and I use my phone app to search ebay listings. For instance, looking up craftsman lawn parts, there's hundreds of listings, but I can only see very few listings before it starts to spin on the bottom (like there's no more listings, but i know there's so many more I can't see). PLEASE help, this is getting old, and frustrating. Thank You!

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.

OP5 months agoI've tried clearing cache etc. Restarting everything. It's not my internet connection/wifi. I have a fairly new galaxy S25 phone (which has previously worked fine up until recently). Stumped.
