When is the cut off for bidding.
The Bidding for the item say it will end on Oct 12 at 7:28AM PDT.... How come a bid was accepted at 7:28.02 AM which is .02 millisecond after the bidding should end.

Mentor2 years agoWhen it says it ends at 7:28 that could be any time between 7:28 and 7:29. The best way to know the exact ending time is to look at the start time. It will end exactly at the same time it started. So if it was a 7 day listing that started at 7:28 and 2 seconds of will end 7 days later at 7:28 and 2 seconds.
