When is the AI description going to be fixed?
Has not worked (sits in "writing" mode) since 5/17/25. Anyone else having this problem?

·1 year agoI never use that feature, but I did just test it and I'm having the same experience as you: it just says "Writing" but is not filling in any text. I would recommend sending feedback from the listing page by clicking the icon with 3 dots, and choosing "Your feedback". That's usually the quickest way to get feedback to the appropriate team for issues like this!
I will note that if you do use the AI description you should check it carefully, as you are still the one responsible for the contents, and it does not always get things right, or include everything that would be important (particularly when it comes to the condition of the item).
