When is ebay going to fix issues with "Sale Events"?
Summary: ticketgreat reports an issue with sale events on an online platform where only 200 out of 1700 listings are visible, preventing them from managing their items effectively. They express frustration as this problem has occurred before and was fixed temporarily. disneyshopper notes the discrepancy in the number of listings shown when checking the platform.
Sale events aren't showing all listings in the sale. For example I have a sale event that has 1700 listings in it but when I open it only shows about 200 items. This is a major problem as I can't remove items from sale event if they don't show up in those 200 items. So the other 1500 listings are "stuck" on sale until ebay fixes problem. I have lots of items that I need to remove from sale so I can raise the price but it won't let me. This is becoming a major pain as this same problem was happening a short time ago. They fixed it before but now it's happening again!

OPSep 16, 2026 at 3:01 AMThanks for comment but not sure how that helps anything. I already know sale events are messed up, need ebay to fix the problem. They actually fixed the problem as far as all items in the sale event actually showing in the sale event, but still can't remove items from sale event so haven't actually fixed the real problem.
