when i try to relist i get a blank screen ...why ??
why can't i relist items that did not sell? i tyr and get a blank screen.

Any difference if you try another browser?

OP3 years agoGoogle chrome. however, this is an old computer and has Vista.
...for all Ebay I have used it for 10 + years with no issues.
have tried to use msft outlook but seems to say that is not available. (??)
Called ebay srv and he did not have any solutions.
For sure don't want to mess it up and lose all the other "stuff" i have on the computer and used for many years.

Mentor3 years agoWhat version of Chrome are you using? The version number should appear in the Help menu somewhere under "About Google Chrome".
It might be worth trying another browser such as Firefox. You do not need to uninstall Chrome to try another browser.
Vista is an old operating system and you may not have a recent browser version. That may be causing an issue for you.

OP3 years agoI am not sure of the version but i do see MSFT outlook and Google chrome.. So maybe there is a conflict and i will try to delete the outlook. That computer , (an HP) is the one i use mostly for ebay "stuff"
On my laptop, i'm on now , I use MSFT edge. I am not having trouble wit this one.... EXcept with CHARTER internet which is unreliable and cuts out often.

Mentor3 years agoYou can add a new browser without deleting anything.
Outlook is used for email, so you may want to keep that.
