Last week eBay had a pretty extensive technical issue with the label flow but got it resolved ... not that there aren't any lingering accounts still having the issue.
Try this, click the link to purchase a label BUT instead of paying on the page that opens click the "Print labels in bulk" link in the upper righthand corner of the page. Your sold item will be opened on the bulk label page and you can review weight, dimensions, etc over on the right and then purchase the label.
If it goes through great but note that on the Bulk label flow ONLY the label and not the receipt portion are printed. To print a receipt you have to go back to the page and select print receipt, its is a secondary operation on the Bulk label flow.
