When I send a buy it now it comes back saying that I’ve had 2 negative in the past year. I had zero
I show no negative feedback but it still keep coming up. How do I clear it from my id?

What you might be experiencing is seeing a notification that you are blocked from bidding/buying because you have had 2 or more unpaid purchases in the past 12 months.
Per Ebay: Sellers can block members who caused cancellations of 2 unpaid purchases within 12 month(s).
