When I request express payout it won’t load
When I request express payout it won’t load. I hit save and I get the never ending loading wheel of death. my card has been verified by Ebay??. I received payouts on the card before and it says I’m signed up for express payouts for the same card but every time I try to request payment, it sends me to the page that says “upgrade to express payments “ and then it just loads and load loads and it never goes through Then by sends me an email that says I’ve updated my payment method but I haven’t changed or updated anything. I just wanna be able to request my payout and get it within 30 minutes like it says I can but when I click the banner and go through the steps, it never finishes loading and I never get to the last step
