When I print shipping label my address is incorrect. Where does the system get the sellers address?

I changed the address on eBay. However, when I go to purchase a shipping label, my old address is printed on it. Where do I change that?

Sellers have 5 addresses to set up in their account on this page: Addresses Settings (ebay.com)

If you have an incorrect address you need to ADD a new one and then Delete the incorrect one. This has been an issue, the Edit function apparently has not be registering changes in eBay's programming so others came up with the ADD and then delete work around for that programming deficiency.

Here is where you can check all of your addresses for eBay, including:
-- â€œRegistration addressâ€ your official address,
-- "Return Address" which prints on the label, and
-- â€œShip From Addressâ€ which must have the zip/postal code for the post office you use (usually the same, but not always)

-- You can also temporarily fix the "ship from" and "return" address if you are printing labels on the website. There is an "Edit" button on the right-hand side of the label printing page to change both addresses.

Confirm the "return address" is what you want, them, check it before you print and edit if needed. It will "stick" after that.
