When I print a shipping label set at 4 x 6 after I pay for the label to print it is 3x3
This started 3 weeks ago. When I print a shipping label set at 3 x 3 after I pay for the label and press print the label comes out . I have called Ebay several times and they say they will send it to the technical department and no one fixes the problem or gets back to me. I am forced to use Stamps .com to ship. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to fix it. Stamps. com has issues at times and I want to ship with Ebay.
Thanks in Advance
