Payment Terms - Actual Shipping

This happened automatically; I didn't do it. What does it mean for me as a seller?

There is no consequence to the seller for revisions. Some large sellers have a hundred revisions as they continue to adjust the price to match the market.

Are you using shipping and payment policies?

In your case, I suspect the "Actual Shipping" revision was to change your shipping method to Ground Advantage, particularly if your listing was created from an older listing or template.
