When I know if the person who is bidding is a trusted buyer, specially when either had not feedback
I already had the experience when they had bid higher and refuse to paid , how everyone deal with this king of buyers?

·2 years agoIf a buyer doesnt' pay you, place him/her on your Block Bidder/Buyer List. Also set your Buyer Requirements to block anyone with 2 or more unpaid cancellations within the past 12 months. Go to the Site Map (link at the bottom of this and most ebay.com pages) Sell Section (use the shortcut at the top--it's a long scroll down) and you'll find the link to that (Buyer Requirements are at the bottom of the page the link to the BB/BL leads to) and several other useful seller tools.
Besides, of course, cancelling the transaction for non-payment if s/he doesn't pay within 4 calendar days (day of the sale being day 0, the option to cancel for non-payment showing up as the 4th reason to cancel after the 5th midnight Pacific Time). This helps you and helps the other sellers who have set the Buyer Requirement to block such serial non-payers.
Feedback given to buyers is next to worthless since sellers can only give positive feedback or none at all. What to consider about a buyer (e.g. whether to accept an offer) would be the feedback s/he LEFT for trading partners (tab all the way on the right) and the number of bid retractions in the past year (at the right on the feedback as a buyer tab).
