When I have over 1400 positive feedback as a seller why does my seller rating drop to 90.1%
I have been selling on eBay since 2001. I received a negative in April of 2025. Note: I changed my seller name in 2006 and have sold a few items since then. My seller profile shows my eBay name followed by the total of eBay feedback since 2001. However, it appears this new negative is displaying my seller feedback as 90.1. I think the negative feedback is being shown on my current seller name. Why does eBay prominently show 90.1 feedback when it is not clear to the viewer that the single negative may be based on my revised seller name from 2006?
is there any way I can get this negative removed or change my feedback percentage to be based on ALL my positive seller feedback for sales since 2001.

Mentor1 year agoI understand that it is frustrating. They changed this several years ago and all sellers are rated this way now. Past years do not matter and it is only the feedback for the last year.

Mentor1 year ago@daddysworkbench Sorry it is too late to try to request a feedback removal. Also the feedback left by the buyer doesn't violate any of the Feedback Policies so it wouldn't have been removed if you had asked within 30 days.
