When I go to retrieve the return label the seller gave me it’s stating ‘we couldnt process your request because of a technical issue. Try again later.’ I don’t know how to view the label.

Mentor2 years agoDownload and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader. Now try opening and printing your shipping label.
