When I go to EBay chat and type in live agent , it keeps telling me to email them.
Why is “Live agent” not available right now when I go to chat and asked to speak with a live agent it only gives me option to email.

·4 months agoI had the same issue the other day - I used the email form, and my request was responded to within the hour by a real human (gasp!)

If you come back here and post what the issue is that you are having there are many knowledgeable buyers and sellers that may be able to help you.
