When e-bay is blind
I purchased a service to have a chassis re-build for my Pac-man/Galaga Machine vender kept chassis for a few months then said he would send it back but put a phony address on it, so it got sent back to him as undeliverable when I tried to file a complaint and requested ebay's help you told me it was delivered that I should look around for it. All you had to do was look to see it got sent back to seller by tracking number he had no problem admitting it when I opened a dispute you closed it the next day because I had contacted my CC company, I did leave feedback reflecting the issue I had with seller that you removed you said that there was a chargeback already and the case was closed when I never got the chassis back from him.
You did not leave any opportunity for me to get this resolved or try and help me resolve this in any way

Mentor7 months agoeBay is a good place to purchase physical items that can be evaluated fully within thirty days of receipt.
Not so much for items that take longer to evaluate (such as seeds, or automotive parts that need to be shipped back and forth for service), or that require ongoing cooperation with a third party (such as accounts, licenses or subscription services). Those items may be difficult to get a refund for if problems only surface after thirty days has passed from receiving the item.
If you purchased using PayPal or a credit card, you may have some options for up to six months from the purchase date. Rules may vary by country. Check with your payment source for details. Once you open a case through your payment method, eBay can no loner help you with the transaction as the transaction is taken out of eBay's hands at that point.
If you doubt your ability to fully evaluate an item within thirty days, consider purchasing from an authorized dealer on eBay to ensure you can make use of the manufacturer's warranty; consider purchasing a third-party warranty on eBay if available; or consider purchasing elsewhere.
