Mentor2 years agoeBay collects sales tax based on the sales tax laws of the state the package is shipped to. eBay doesn't have a tax-free program.
Check with the Department of Revenue for the state the item will be shipped to to find out what is included in any tax-free program and whether or not that applies to online sales.
