When does negative feedback post?
I had to go back and forth with a seller on a defective product and the seller gave me the runaround. Appealed to Ebay and they forced a refund. The case is closed.
I wrote negative feedback and posted it several hours ago and it had not appeared.
Is there some time delay or a mandatory review period to explain why it has not posted?
