When does ebay international shipping option become available?

Question

I've had my account for years, but just recently (the last month) started selling more volume. My seller level is Above Standard, but I don't see ebay international shipping option in shipping preferences. Do I have to request it?

@inihccez eBay has a top secret algorithm that decides when they will add a sellers account to the EIS shipping program. Unfortunately there is not a way to opt in.

These are the general eligibility requirements which you may have seen already>

Eligibility

To be eligible for the eBay International Shipping program, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

Above Standard or Top Rated seller performance
Eligible for seller protections
