When can i get my money back?
I purchased an item and returned it just 1 week after. The reason is I can't use it at home. Anyway, I sent the parcel but I didn't know I need to update the parcel tracking number. The seller already know the tracking number and label because he asked. When I tracked my parcel it already reached to the seller this Monday but when I contact to the seller he didn't replay anything and I didn't get my money back. What should I do in this situationĀ
